Here's what's changed between each version of PeachBudget:

1.6

I've added two new graphs to the Graphs tab--a line graph for Expenses by Category and a graph which only charts a single category at a time, but you can easily switch which category is graphed. Thanks to feedback from a user I added a year-to-date summary box to the right of the category columns on each month tab. Let me know what other good ideas you have! To upgrade the graphs:
  1. Save a backup of your budget.
  2. Right-click on your current Graphs tab and choose Delete Sheet
  3. Download and open PeachBudget 1.6
  4. Right-click on the new Graphs tab and choose Copy/Move Sheet
  5. In the "To document" drop-down choose your current budget, choose where you want to insert the new Graphs tab, and hit OK.
To get the new year-to-date summary box:
  1. Download and open PeachBudget 1.6
  2. Go to the January tab, copy the year-to-date summary box, and paste it into the January tab of your current budget.
  3. Go to the February tab and copy the year-to-date summary box (January has a different set of formulas than the rest of the year).
  4. Go to your current budget, hold down the control (ctrl) key, and left-click on the tabs for February-December. They should all light up as you click them.
  5. Now paste the February year-to-date summary box into any one of the highlighted tabs, and it should appear in all of them.
By the way, these upgrade instructions are written for Open Office, which is what I used to make PeachBudget. I'm sure Excel has something similar.

1.5

New Graphs tab! First graphs are "Expense by Category by Month" and "Income vs. Expense." If you have PeachBudget 1.4, you can add the Graphs tab to your existing PeachBudget. Versions prior to 1.4 have two extra rows in each month--you'll need to delete rows 28 and 29 from each month before following these instructions. Upgrade instructions:

  1. Open both your old budget and peachBudget_1.5 at the same time.
  2. Right click on the "Graphs" tab in peachBudget_1.5 and choose "Move/Copy Sheet..."
  3. On the "To document" drop down select your version of PeachBudget.
  4. Choose the location to insert the Graphs tab in the "Insert before" box.
  5. Hit OK! You can safely ignore the note that says "The new table contains absolute references to other tables which may be incorrect." They should all be correct :)
  6. Go to your new "Graphs" tab to get a new perspective on your spending. Let me know if you have any problems.

1.4

Improved summary tab.

1.3

Fixed date formats to the right of the category columns. There's a lot of cells you have to format just right!

1.2

Fixed bug in carrying over category totals month to month. Added a couple more category columns. Minor formating.

1.1

Skipped.

1.0

Well, this is my first public release so everything's new! Hope you like it; let me know what you think.
